With this integration, every time someone signs up, buys, or sells on your resale site, their profile in Klaviyo is automatically updated, and if they are net new to your brand through the resale site, a profile is created for them. No manual work, no extra data management, just a smarter way to segment, engage, and grow your customer base.

  2. Find the “Integrations” tab
  3. Click “Klaviyo - Customer Segmentation”
  4. Log in with Klaviyo and enable the integration

Once enabled, past resale data backfills within 24 hours, and new customer events update instantly.
